I’m a Melbourne-based non-binary novelist, poet, fiction editor, and anthology curator. With a love for fortune-telling, angelic beings and the human condition, it's no wonder that many of my works across fiction and poetry touch on these subjects. Alongside these themes, I strongly resonate with queer and Asian diaspora works and believe that art can change a perspective or enhance it.
The heart of my career lies in providing accessible opportunities to diverse groups and promoting expression of identity and culture through artistic practices and expressions.
My debut novel, TELL ME HOW IT ENDS, is a cozy coming-of-age fantasy novel with a queer & diverse cast, tarot cards and witches.
My sophomore novel is CHRYSALIS AND REQUIEM, a queer dark academia speculative thriller about an obsessed arts major witnessing the murder of another student at the hands of the headmaster’s daughter and being faced with an unthinkable choice: avenging her fallen peer or taking this secret to the grave, one way or another.
I curated and edited DEVOUT: AN ANTHOLOGY OF ANGELS. A collection of short stories, poetry and art dedicated to the angelic out now.
My poetry can be found with Panorame Press, Messy Misfits Club and Iris Youth Magazine.

FAQ
What are your pronouns?
They/them.
Where are you from?
I’m based in Melbourne, Australia. My family is from East Timor.
Should I call you Quinton or Quinn?
I have a genuine indifference between the two of these. Quinton is my actual name but many call me Quinn because it’s quick and easy (and I agree).
How many books are in the Chaos in the Cards series?
I thought I knew. Now I don’t! I figured that planning it all out isn’t for me at the moment so I’m just going to write and see where it goes. It will be more than two books, maybe more than three.
What age range do you write for?
My debut series is Young Adult. Chrysalis and Requiem and possibly all my future dark academia novels will be New Adult. My anthologies are usually Adult.
What genres do you write?
Usually fantasy but in different ways. TMHIE is a medieval fantasy with DND inspiration. C&R is more thriller with speculative elements. But I wouldn’t be surprised if I start writing something completely different one day.
